DoAttend Attendee Login is coming!
Yes. You read it right. DoAttend is going to provide a login for every attendee that ever attended an event through our system. You will be able to see a list of tickets in your own private account on DoAttend, download them, contact the event organizers for queries and do a lot more in the days to come!
Although we started out building DoAttend purely for event organizers, we constantly encountered requests for features that depended on having attendee accounts. Some of the requests that we regularly received were :-
And these were just some of the features requested. There are some oh-so-cooler features in the works that we are keeping under wraps for now. You know, to build that excitement up a bit more.
But should we be getting into servicing attendees through their own accounts? We at DoAttend have always prided ourselves in providing our customers (event organizers), and their attendees, a great experience. If giving attendees their own accounts can enrich their experience, then we are all for it! Not only that, it also gives event organizers a great way to engage their attendees even before the event.
We’re extremely excited about this feature and the opportunities it opens up. We’ll be rolling it out early next week, following which we’ll explain how Attendee Login works. You can expect some maintenance downtime over this weekend on account of this (don’t worry, we’ll make sure its quick and painless). We highly recommend that you follow us on twitter for updates on the downtime and features coming up on DoAttend.
Full throttle ahead!
